I found this book incredibly useful. There are a lot of great, practical tips that are beneficial even for managers with years of experience.

If you manage people (or people who manage people) you need to add this resource to your tool box. I found the book insightful, practical, and easy to comprehend.

As someone whose business it is to coach managers and leaders to create high performers in marketing, sales and management at companies in the Fortune 1,000 I want to suggest that there is no better, easier to read, easier to adopt fix for performance available. Getting to yes with the seven questions is, to me, the trip to real performance.
