I found this to be an outstanding reference for installing, configuring, and running Oracle on NT. I also really appreciated the NT OS information (MS sure doesn't provide it in the "Help").

One of those rare books that is useful to the new and experienced Oracle user. Explains many of the NT/Oracle interaction details that are glossed over in other books, but are essential to know.

I found this book very comprehensive. It walks you step by step in creation of a new instance using db assistant.
